Osram Sylvania (Danvers, Mass.): Francis Santiago has been named executive vice president of General Lighting for Osram Sylvania. Santiago was previously executive vice president and general manager of the Precision Materials & Components division in Exeter, N.H. Prior to that role, he was senior vice president of operations for General Lighting. He will continue to serve on the Osram Sylvania executive committee in his new position.
